Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms:

1.1 All invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 1.2 A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

2. Project Scope:

2.1 The scope of work will be outlined in writing and any changes or additions must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1 All design concepts, drafts, and final artwork remain the intellectual property of Metin Osman until full payment has been received. 3.2 Upon full payment, the client will have full rights to use the final artwork for the agreed-upon purpose.

4. Revisions:

4.1 A set number of revisions is included in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation:

5.1 If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, they will be liable for payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the project.

7. Liability:

7.1 Metin Osman will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the final artwork.

8. Termination:

8.1 Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any terms of this agreement.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

By engaging Metin Osman's services, the client agrees to abide by the terms outlined above.
